stove fitting plant: heating with wood

Since its establishment, the company’smost important activity is the construction of “A to Z”space heaters, i.e.contemporary fireplace stoves and accumulation fireplaces that allow for the provision of heat to a greater or lesser extent.
For example – only our own projects are presented in the GALLERY tab. All projects have been adapted to the heating needs of buildings which in their entirety or at least partially can be heated with wood – wood biomass.
Each projectprior to the execution of the architectural and thermal design is preceded with identification of the building heating needs and the requirements of the future user. This is done after becoming acquainted with the design project and during the construction site visit, although we encourage it being done already at the stage of initial design of the building with the participation of an architect. This is necessary when you want to build not only a beautiful and decorative structure but combine it with heating technology that allows for heating of even the entire house.
In its projects, the company not only adapts to modern building and energy requirements but most of all introduces solutions that ensure meeting the levels of the most stringent emission requirements during their operation.
To decorate its space heaters and fireplaces,Cebud uses only the best tiles from the best Polish and foreign tile providers such as: Kafel-Art, KafelKar, Kornak, Kulig, Grochowski, Riwal, SparthermorazSommerhuber (Austria), Kaufmann (Germany), Kerkotherm (Slovakia).

In its projects, Cebud uses the most low-emission accumulation upper combustion (the so-called non-grate) furnaces produced for this purpose combined with the best storage tanks having best accumulation and heating parametersin the form of duct furnace filters. It also eagerly uses electronic controllers automating the combustion process that are dedicated to the type of furnace.

Since CEBUD as stove fitting company has for several decades been a contractor and constructor of space heaters and fireplaces, thanks to its expertise,it now cooperates with the most experienced manufacturers in the industry, which allows it to easily adapt to meet almost every request of the investor using devices from only the best producers.

It can provide and adapt the proposed “beautiful and decorative heating system” to both an old type of building with high demand for heat, as also to the state-of-the-art low-energy houses, and all this without overheating, in a heating cycle that can range from 12 – 24 hours.

CEBUD is very flexible and can select the heating system and the architecture that are adapted to the investor’s construction and financial capabilities.

    i.e. fireplaces with walls made of insulating boards and gypsum and plasterboards insulated with mineral wool (fibrous materials!!!)
  2. Fireplaces
    made of stone or wooden elements
  3. We do not execute forced distribution of hot air by fans
  4. Fireplaces that do not meet applicable legal and emission standards

Warm fireplaces

  1. Steel / cast iron insert
  2. Accumulation and heating housing made of Akubetplates
    (not from insulating plates)
  3. In tiled, partly tiled-plastered, only plastered versions.

    (Ecodesign) with one-time loading of wood (wood briquettes) 2 – 5 kg

Accumulation fireplaces

  1. Steel / cast iron insert
  2. Accumulation duct filter (AFK) – heat exchanger made of Akubet modules
  3. Accumulation and heating housing made of Akubet plates
    in tiled, partly tiled-plastered, only plastered versions.
  4. Meet emission requirements (Ecodesign) with one-time, double loading of wood (wood briquettes) 4 – 10 kg and extended heating period.

Contemporary stoves - fireplace stoves

  1. Insert – accumulation furnace
  2. Accumulation duct filter (AFK) heat exchanger made of Akubet modules, adjusted to large fuel loads
  3. Accumulation and heating housing made of Akubet plates
    in tiled, partly tiled-plastered, only plastered versions.
  4. Meet emission requirements (Ecodesign) with one-time increased loading of wood (wood briquettes) 4 – 20 kg ensuring continuous heating in the period of 8 – 24 h without additional loading of wood.

Reconstruction of old stoves and fireplaces

adaptation to new emission requirements

By equipping them with:

accumulation duct particulate filter which allows to reduce the emission of PM dust significantly below the requirements and increase efficiency and extend the heating period as per the added storage mass.

  1. Old steel / cast iron insert (without certification confirming current emission requirements)
  2. Equipped with accumulation duct filter (AFK) – heat exchanger made of Akubet modules
  3. Housing made of accumulation and heating boards (at least in its upper part)
  4. After equipping and determining the loading volume, it meets the required emission levels “for old fireplaces”, increases efficiency (minimum 80%) and extends the heating period and reduces wood consumption.
